Natural Stone Disclaimer:

We do our absolute best to provide you with high quality natural stone, but with that said we are dealing with NATURAL stone. Natural stone products are sold “as is” and we cannot offer any guaranty or warranty with any natural stone product. Once the stone leaves our yard, we are not responsible for the manner it was installed or applied.  Natural stone is not all perfect, and is not a manmade product which means some product can come with some characteristics that are outside our control.  The following are a few common characteristics of natural stone that is to be expected in some pieces:

Color: Natural stone can vary in color, shade and veining from piece to piece. Not every piece can be expected to be the exact same. That should be taken into consideration when choosing a product- it would be best to look at multiple pieces to get a feel for the overall look of the stone.

Fissures and finish: Sometimes stones can have a crack or a seam that we cannot see at the time of the sale. This can be made worse when installed. We do everything we can to check and make sure we cannot see anything- but sometimes they are not visible at the time of the sale.  Natural stone comes in many different finishes- thermal, sawn, rock faced etc. Not every piece will be exactly the same.

Weathering: Natural stone can and may change color as it ages due to the elements, ice melt, pool water and other elements it could be exposed too. It can also rust as it ages due to minerals that are in the stone.

Return Policy: 

We accept returns on products of the same condition as it left within 30 days.  You must bring the original receipt with you at the time of the return. We have gone years without implementing a restocking fee. Unfortunately, every year the returns are becoming more and more frequent. This is time, effort and money on our end every time someone returns something.  We understand things come up and are willing to work with you if we can but going forward there will be a 20% restocking fee on all hardscape and masonry materials.  As I said, we have tried our best to not to implement a restocking fee, but unfortunately history has shown an increase in returns every single year. Natural Stone Veneer stone cannot be returned- all sales are final with that product.  Plant sales are final as well.

Deliveries:

Issues with any product must be noted on the slip or made aware to the dispatcher at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for any damage beyond the curb line. We ask that the customer or employee is at the job site at the time of the delivery to accept the material.
